Snapshot Reviews are available only upon confirmation by HeidelBridge.
 

HeidelBridge may decline a Snapshot request if, for example:

• the request is outside the scope of HeidelBridge services;

• the submitted information is incomplete or unclear;

• the clinic does not appear to have enough relevant patient-facing material;

• the request contains patient-identifiable or sensitive medical information;

• the request appears unsuitable for a limited outside-in review;

• capacity, fit, or business reasons prevent acceptance.
   

Submitting a request does not commit the clinic to a full audit or any paid service.
 

6. No medical, clinical, or legal consultation

HeidelBridge provides non-clinical Patient Trust Intelligence and business communication analysis.
 

The website and any Snapshot request process do not constitute:
